CLARKE has two daughters, Adele and Sarah, from a previous marriage. Peter is married to his wife Tatiana Toledo and the mother to her son Noel. Tatiana has her master degree in Special Education and is a Venezuelan national and as of November 23, 2011 became a permanent resident of Canada.
Peter CLARKE holds the opinion that Toronto, along with Canada, is a collection of unique and diversified neighbourhoods. Peter strongly believes that “the best way to integrate different cultures is by promoting a strong Canadian identity.”
