Peter CLARKE has been a resident of North York, Willowdale, Scarborough and Toronto as a homeowner, renter and business owner since 1969 is asking ALL Willowdale Ward 23 Voters to read his campaign mission platform and then hopefully you will agree with a majority of these common sense proposals and give me YOUR support and VOTE on October 25, 2010.

Peter is CEO of Ellis Clarke International and married to Tatiana Toledo a Venezuelan national.

Peter along with the majority of voters is of the opinion that our city is a collection of unique and diversified neighbourhoods all which must come together in support of the overall good of our city in the security and protection of multiculturalism as a whole.

Peter CLARKE strongly believes elected Public Service positions are a PRIVILEGE, NOT Employment Opportunities for 12 to 25 Years as a political career.

Term limits would facilitate a refreshing makeup of council and produce fresh ideas and hopefully would help promote wider participation.

Career politicians of 12 to 25 years who continue voting for unsustainable left leaning ideologies which have saddled this generation of young people and their future children with unnecessary long term debts.

Career politicians who continually take no individual responsibility or fiscal responsibility and represent party policies in place those of the people who voted them into office.

Career politicians who spend taxpayer’s money as if it were their own and without taking any responsibility for their failures in fiscal matters yet continue to seek re-election year after year.

Career politicians who personally misuse our tax dollars for their personal use during election campaigns and do not pay their fare share of taxes.

Political party policies that have divided Canada and pit brother against sister not for the best interest of the people but solely for the self serving interest of a political party.

Unelected and unaccountable special interest groups and lobbyists that direct and influence policies from behind closed door meetings and dealings with career politicians who put political party ideologies ahead of the voters who elected them.

The unelected voice of the news media’s that sometimes reports biased and slanted articles by columnists and journalists in support of their personal political party policies and fail to remain neutral on issues as that profession should demand of them.

Peter Clarke is of the opinion that Canadians in every Province have had it with these daily and calibrated UN-Canadian activities that go on in Toronto, Ottawa and in each province and city across Canada by career politicians at all levels of government.
