Clarke holds the opinion that unprincipled and self-righteous career politicians with their political party affiliation are one of today’s problems and not the solution for the future.

CLARKE has two daughters, Adele and Sarah, from a previous marriage. Peter is married to his wife Tatiana Toledo and the mother to her son Noel. Tatiana has her master degree in Special Education and is a Venezuelan national and as of November 23, 2011 became a permanent resident of Canada.
